ABOUT US

We Make Difference in their Life

Rakai Community Based Health Project (RACHEP) is a community-rooted health initiative serving families across Rakai and Kyotera districts. For more than two decades, we’ve been dedicated to improving access to essential healthcare, supporting vulnerable communities, and strengthening the systems that help families thrive.

We work directly with local leaders, health facilities, and community-based organizations to deliver medical care, nutrition rehabilitation, maternal health services, HIV/AIDS prevention, and health education. Our approach blends clinical services with community outreach, ensuring that care reaches people right where they live.

RACHEP was founded on the belief that healthy communities grow stronger together. By partnering with government institutions, NGOs, and international supporters, we’ve been able to reach thousands of individuals every year with compassionate, high-quality services that create lasting impact.

Today, our work continues to evolve. We focus on sustainable solutions, empowering families with knowledge, support, and dignity. Through every program we run, our priority remains the same helping every person access the care they deserve and building a healthier future for the next generation.
