RACHEP is a community-based health organization providing medical care, nutrition support, maternal services, and HIV programs across Rakai and Kyotera districts.

We serve vulnerable families, children under five, pregnant mothers, people living with HIV, and high-risk communities such as fishing villages.

Some programs like nutrition rehabilitation, HIV testing, and community outreac are provided at no cost. Other services are offered at highly subsidized rates.
